Michelle Wiginton, who owns the JBF franchises in Columbia/Jefferson City, Rolla/Ft Wood and St Charles, MO, was born in Columbia and raised in Rolla, MO. She earned a Bachelors degree in Journalism/Mass Communications and a Masters degree in International Human Relations (organizational) from the University of Oklahoma, where she is a member of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society.

Michelle has worked in higher education for the past eight years in event planning/media relations/program development/international internships/Information Technology & soft skills training and previously served as the managing editor of two regional magazines and one newspaper. She was honored to work with both Peter Jennings and Charlie Gibson while employed by ABC World News and Good Morning America. In addition to television and print experience, Michelle has had extensive experience with mass mail management, advertising specialties, radio, online and other electronic media resources.

Michelle is also a published author, public speaker and successful freelance writer/photographer, specializing in travel, law enforcement, business, the arts and spa industry. She is a certified Massage Therapist, as well as being certified in Business Process Re-engineering and Change Management. Michelle frequently speaks on creative leadership, intercultural communications, team building and time management.

Michelle is married to Retired Trooper Kevin Wiginton, a 29-year veteran of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. She has one son, Halston (20) and two step-sons, James (18) and Jeremiah (21). The Wigintons are active members of their church and their community and feel blessed to be a part of the Just Between Friends family. They look forward to serving the Columbia/Jefferson City, Rolla/Ft Wood and St Charles' regions and promise to work hard to bless as many Missouri families as possible.
