Volunteer Pre-sales (These sales are open ONLY to individuals with appropriate pre-sale passes)
Thursday, Sept 10: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm (12-hour volunteers)
Thursday, Sept 10: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm (8-hour volunteers)
Thursday, Sept 10: 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm (4-hour volunteers)
Thursday, Sept 10: 5:45 pm - 7:00 pm (consignors)

NOTE: Contributing media are invited to come to the pre-sale 2:00 - 7:00 pm, on Thursday, September 10th.
We are unable to allow children at our pre-sale events until AFTER 6:00 pm.

Consignor Drop-off
Wednesday, September 9: 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Thursday, September 10: 9:00 pm - 2:00 pm
(It is not necessary to sign-up for a specific drop-off time. However, we request that you arrive within the scheduled times because late drop-offs cannot be accepted.)

Consignor Pick-up
Saturday, September 12: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
(Items not picked up will be donated to charity that evening.)
